The foundation of hormonal health, recovery, and metabolic function.
H = Hydrate
Electrolytes help counter many of the common side effects of GLP-1 medications by replacing the fluids and minerals often lost when appetite and food intake decrease.
I = Identity
Identity shift The heart of the programme. Behaviour change tells you what to do. Identity change determines whether you'll keep doing it. The goal isn't just fat loss & metabolic reset: it's to become the person who freely sustains it.
F = Functional
Strength
Fat loss and weight loss are not the same thing. Without resistance training, you risk excess lean muscle loss. Strength training helps preserve muscle, metabolic health, and long-term results.
T = Targetted
Protein
The goal is not simply to eat less. It is to nourish the body while losing fat & resetting your metabolism. Adequate protein minimises muscle loss, supports recovery, and improves satiety.

Weeks 2-5: Momentum: Strengthen nutrition, sleep, hydration & movement. Build confidence & consistency.
Weeks 6-8: Identity Shift: Transform your relationship with food, self-belief, awareness and behavioural change
Weeks 9-11: Integration: Repetition, real-life practice, imperfect consistency, evidence and review.
Week 12 = Trust + Evidence.

The numbers matter, they tell the story of a real metabolic reset, but in this session we celebrate who you have become, the blueprint you've built for yourself, and the evidence you've created that you can trust yourself to carry this forward.
This journey is about breaking dependence and stepping into your own agency, so your choices become an expression of who you're becoming, not the patterns you've outgrown.

I built this programme from the inside out and walked every step of the journey. I'm an author, speaker and wellbeing strategist with more than 25 years' experience helping people create lasting behavioural change.
In 2000, I recovered from severe eating disorders and crafted my own lifestyle blueprint to live free from food noise and get back to the joy of eating. I maintained a healthy weight easily for years. Until I didn't ...
Midlife arrived, and everything that had worked so well for years just seemed to stop working. That didn't sit well with me.
So I got curious, especially when the Gen II GLP-1s appeared. After a lot of research, I made the decision to microdose tirzepatide, I didnt beleive it was a panacea but I could see the opportunity for it to provide a period of grace to enable meaningful change.
What I discovered was not that the GLP's provide a miracle - but that they open a window. The real opportunity is what you build while that window is open.
This led me to the question at the heart of this programme:
"Why should people live in fear of weight regain"?
I believe the answer isn't in more meds or willpower. It's identity shift.
In four months of my experiment:
✓ I trimmed five kilos
✓ Lost 18% of my visceral fat
✓ Improved sleep noticeably
✓ Saw substantial improvements in both my metabolic health and cholesterol markers
The biggest transformation wasn't the five kilos I lost. It was rebuilding trust in myself and rediscovering the genuine enjoyment of food.
